Dr. Taylor has one goal in life- to help people get out of pain, move better, and help them to conquer their fitness goals. He is a long time member of CrossFit New Albany, and his favorite movements are cleans, snatches, and wall balls. He also coaches CrossFit and loves to see his athletes hitting PRs while staying healthy.
He started Competitive Edge Physical Therapy and Performance because of the poor physical therapy he has seen CrossFitters, weightlifters, and athletes receive at other clinics, and insurance companies dictating what they think they need. He strives to provide the highest quality care to these active people so they can avoid the vicious cycle of pain, limitation, and missing time in the gym so they get out of pain fast and crush their fitness goals for life!
Dr. Taylor is certified in Dry Needling to manage pain and dysfunction in the body, and an "ICE Certified Specialist: Fitness Athlete" through the Institute of Clinical Excellence. Throughout 3 extensive courses, he developed a deep understanding of analyzing, correcting, coaching, and rehabbing CrossFitters, weightlifters, and athletes alike.
