Once your pain is getting better, we fix your poor movements and address your strength and mobility to fix the issues that got you injured in the first place.
This is definitely the most important step! Getting rid of pain and working on mobility is only the beginning. In Step 3 we work with you to REINFORCE your body, by making long term change and creating a plan so your pain and injuries don't come back!
